This way we could report failures back. The Channel module already uses the Either monad:

getChannelInfo :: (Pusher, Channel, [Info]) -> IO (Either String ChannelInfo)

But the Event module does not:

triggerEvent :: (Pusher, Channel, Event) -> IO String

Probably can unify both by introducing ExceptT?
