Camera freezes when setting 1080p in OBS. also, is there 60 fps support?

Hi, I've been using showmewebcam with my Pi zero and Linux since around 1.60 or so and it's been very very good. I have encountered some issues though.

1.) The camera output freezes instantly in OBS Linux when I set the camera to 1920x1080. It works normally when I change it to 720p and then restart OBS. It doesn't freeze in guvcview, only OBS.

2.) I can't seem to set 60fps with any resolution. Is 60fps supported at all?
