Icons for clipman and power manager not set

The icons for clipman and power manager dont seem to be set

I believe it will be fixed with Xfce 4.16 which will include support of symbolic icons in notification area. However I also have a plan for the 22px icons to be reworked to match what I already did 16px. Try 16px size to see if it works with that set first. Use the git master branch

When decreasing it to 20px, the icons change, but the clipman icon still looks bad. Used git master.

the clibman plugin uses the symbolic one.

I will add it to the set so that it's also used by the tray. I will then fix the 22px at a later stage
