Volunteers Needed Icon and On/Off

From within each local food resource or shelter - the admin can turn on and off a Volunteers Needed. This could show a small icon next to the search results of the locations.

@Bula Hey there! I've never contributed to an Open Source project before but I was just reading an article that lead me to another website then to here. This sounds interesting and appears to be something very similar to functionality I implemented in a project recently. You can check it out, and I'm happy to grab and edit the code to contribute to this.

Take a look at my weather app, in particular the Fahrenheit and Celsius icons. Notice if you click one it disappears or "turns off" and the other one shows so it's impossible to convert to the same unit of measure. On the right side, you'll see the temperature display change each time you click one of the buttons.

I can easily make new buttons that say YES and NO, maybe one green and one red, and change the display accordingly. I'm guessing the buttons would be on the admin page and the connected display would be somewhere else, but they can be connected easily.

Let me know what you think. I'd love to be able to start off with a small contribution like this!
