馃摪 To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add an extension with only a pre-release available, such as Grade for Java
  2. On another instance/computer, download your settings
  3. See an error message with no information the output

馃挭 Expected behavior
The extension just installs the latest pre-release available

馃摵 Console Error Log
[x] - EXTENSION: vscode-gradle - INSTALLING
Then the output just freezes
