New version (1.9.22) asks for .NET 8.0.0, even tho it's already installed #219

Previous version (1.9.21) didn't, and everything worked fine

I love this program but it's always the same issue with .NET, every time... it asks us to download the wrong one

so what worked for me was APS.NET Core Runtime 8.0

Unfortunately, the installer links to the wrong version, again

This worked! Thanks! Windows thought it was the same file but running it worked!

Just a heads up, playlist downloader links you to the thing it needs, but that thing also needs the base SDK, which it warns you about on the site you're sent to
