What version of shadowsocks-manager are you using?

0.38.10

What operating system are you using?

Ubuntu 18.04

What version of Node.js are you using?

v12.22.7

What did you do?

Set due date unlimited (0), enlarge data limitation according to the need.

What did you expect to see?

Data Usage update as expected.

What did you see instead?

Data Usage does not update.

What is your config in detail (with all sensitive info masked)?

I don't think it matters, but I use MySQL.

I have a friend who uses my service a lot. Last month he hit 1.350TB, so I made it to 1.450TB.

Today I checked, he used only 9GB of data, which is not possible. He runs 20GB+ per week.

The same happens to my account. My own account has unlimited data and no expie date. However, after I reset the account data usages, data usage was updated normally.

I suspect the problem was because of the usage length. I have been using my account for about 12 months, and my friend started to use it about the same time.

Maybe the data can only track about 12 months (365days)?

According to my observation, I noticed only users who use more than 1TB of data have this problem. I am trying to find a workaround for now...
