Hey, just a quick idea, would be cool to install this via the following:

ddev get shaal/ddev-gitpod

See: https://github.com/drud/ddev-addon-template

(Recently done this myself for custom commands https://github.com/mandrasch/ddev-addon-deployer-dep, it's quite simple)

Looks like .gitpod.Dockerfile is not longer needed, the readme needs changing.
