Wondering when is going to be available twitter-bootstrap-rails Bootstrap 4 with Rails 5?

+1. Bootstrap can't find jQuery even when it's properly included/packed with Yarn and Webpacker.

I guess https://github.com/twbs/bootstrap-rubygem is the best option now
