It takes too long to load if UI is enabled on the latest Reaper

I know it's a very old plugin. When the UI isn't enabled it loads instantly, but somehow the UI makes it load very slow. Is it trying to connect to some server or something? If so, is there a way to disable this connection?

I have the very same problem. it is driving me nuts, and is freezing Reaper. We need a fix ASAP.

It is trying to reach this address: 193.60.133.151, located in Birmingham UK.

I have blocked this IP address in my Windows firewall and now the plugins load instantaneously.

Go to Windows Defender Firewall --> Outbound Rules --> New Rule... --> Custom --> All programs, protocol: any --> Which remote IP addresses does this rule apply to? --> these IP addresses --> add --> This IP address or subnet --> paste "193.60.133.151"

That should do the trick.
