Categorizing the LV2 version #5

The LV2 version are all categorized as "plugin". While it's not wrong, it could be improved with a more precise category such as Compressor, Distortion, Equaliser, Reverb,...

This repo does not include LV2 version, it is something I added for KXStudio.
I am updating safe-plugins package to include categories
