Log number of partial results fetched from federated endpoints

Semagrow should provide as logs the number of results received from each federated endpoints. Comparing this against the number of results in the final response is a metric of plan quality, showing that the optimizer minimizes the load it imposes on the endpoints. Suspiciously round numbers can also be useful to identify implicit limits.
