Is it possible to add custom error messages?

Alright so I wanna make a permission portal and whenever someone tried to go through it I want to add a custom message saying, you need VIP or a higher rank to be able to go through the portal!

Also would like this, and to be customized per portal, i.e., a variable for a portal if permission is set.
