Explain how to construct the SUT table if only a symmetric IO table is available.

Dear Prof.Eric.I am a scholar from China and I would like to se LEAP-AMES model to evaluate the local low carbon policies in China, but the research has been stalled because it is difficult to get the SUTs table at the provincial level in China. I see that you have proposed in your AMES working paper that“For this reason, the AMES model requires a set of supply-use tables (SUT), although it can also accept a symmetric input-output table if supply and use tables are not reported separately. ”But I don't see how to call IOT in your official help file, so I'm writing this email to you to find out what changes I need to make when there are no SUTs, so that I can call the input-output table in AMES?

Alternatively, allow as input a symmetric IO.
