Looking for guidance to upload/link big raw/processed data to assays

Looking for guidance to upload and link big dataset into the assay

Additional context
Well it is not bug report, but still here is my context:

• I already have big datasets, raw and processed, mostly omics, uploaded to the storage, same as fairdom seek
• I would like to link these datasets to the corresponding projects (assays)
• I know I can use remote dataset to link them to the assay, but not what I want

Could you provide me some guidance to upload and link my datasets to assays?
Is it possible to move dataset directly under the project/assay files tree and reference/reindex them afterwards?
