Instructions for generating dh4096.pem doesn't result in a file #101

in the instructions it says:
openssl dhparam 4096 -outform PEM -out dh4096.pem

In my experience (archlinux), it does not generate a file dh4096.pem - instead it just prints the pem to the screen.

this command, instead, does generate the file:
openssl dhparam -out dhparams.pem 4096
