rtl_biast exists in container, but no options to enable bias tee at startup. Or I'm not found it...

We haven't added it in to the container; tbh I had even forgotten we technically support SDRs directly in this container. The typical SDR-E container deployment uses ultrafeeder for 1090 and dump978 for UAT, and both of those support bias t directly. It wouldn't be a big deal to support but for now, it doesn't.
