Feature request

Now that Java 17 and JEP391 has been released and more vendors provide native macOS/aarch64 builds, perhaps it's time to reevaluate and have sdkman_rosetta2_compatbile default to false instead of true?

How do you feel about this @eddumelendez? I assume most people are still on Java 8 and 11, so how will all these people be affected?

IMHO, we can proceed with this in the next weeks given opportunity to all vendor to submit Java 17. Just let's make sure we are sending the message to all users somehow.
