I'm trying to stack multiple XYZ dimension images of a mouse brain into 3D Volume and visualise them. I was looking for libraries in Python which could help me out since ImageJ does not support Python scripting natively.
I read about view-point matching algorithms outlined by OpenCV and other methods but squidpy caught my eye. I'm interested in knowing if it was possible to stack XYZ dimension images of a mouse brain into a 3D Volume?
