Using Curio Seeker, I see a lot of low or negative beads obscuring the positive signal when plotting genes using spatial_scatter.
Can a sort_order boolean be added as is the case for Scanpy' pl.scatter https://scanpy.readthedocs.io/en/stable/generated/scanpy.pl.scatter.html ?
