The current version of the Spring template is based on Spring version 2. With Sculptor version 3 we updated to Spring version 3. So it's time to adopt some new features of Spring 3, e.g.

#122 - updates Spring template to Spring Framework 5

- changes schema locations to https
- migrates to <context:property-placeholder/> (includeing tests)
- uses GenericXmlApplicationContext instead of ClassPathXmlApplicationContext
- removes unsupported Burlap remoting
- removes obsolete support for Hibernate session factory
