Email notifications not working

I set up an email address in cpanel / cloudflare. Tested its functionality and am able to send and receive emails, and when I set it up in Overseerr and click "Test", it says "Email test notification sent!"

When a request is approved, the logs show:

But the emails are not received. Not sure how to find the point of failure here but I noticed that they also don't show up in my outbox (not sure if they're supposed to). Any help is appreciated

I ended up getting it working by using iCloud as my mail provider.
