Examples show that loadWxObs works on loading and writing ChesWx data. Can it be used on other datasets like TopoWx? Add examples of other datasets to show its usefulness beyond ChesWx.

So far it seems like it can not be used on gridded datasets like TopoWx. The dataset needs a unique identified like a station ID. Also the netcdf file requires conversion to an HDF5 file.
