Not sure if this is an known issue but if I try to install addons via addons.mozilla.org it will say im using FF 52.0

Disabling websites.resistFingerprinting fixes the problem and shows correct version of FF (59.0.1)

Pretty sure this is the expected behaviour. When websites.resistFingerprinting was brought over from TOR browser, one of the features implemented was spoofing the "user agent" string to tell websites that you are using the most common version of Firefox.
