Hey,

Writing the hateoas library, I find myself reusing some of your code in https://github.com/schmittjoh/serializer/blob/master/src/JMS/Serializer/SerializerBuilder.php to build the metadata factory.

It'd be nice to have a builder in metadata to cover the most common usage (cache, metadata dirs, etc)
