Description

On scaleway's console you see your resources across all zones/regions.
This would be nice to have the same in CLI as we currently need to do it explicitly with zone=all or region=all.

How I imagine scw could expose this functionality

The CLI config in ~/.config/scw/cli.yaml could have an option to use all per default.
