Does this work outside of the site?

I'm immediately running into a problem if I try the very first stdlib tutorial with sbt console or trying to include the should statement in a project. I'm just running true should be(true).

not found: value be

What gives? I'm using Scala 2.13.1. The site doesn't specify anything about what version of Scala it is for.
