A problem when changing anything in Web Panel

What are the steps to reproduce this issue?

1. Have a newest MySQL db installed (I've got it on Ubuntu Server 22.04)
2. PHP 7.4 installed as well
3. Change any detail, ban, add anything, and it will show this error
4. It will change, but not always as convinient as it should be without 100% guarantee it will work

What happens?

Well, any change or addition in Web Panel shows MySQL error, even on fresh install with fresh DB and freshly installed system.

What were you expecting to happen?

Not to show the error and function as it shoould and used to before some time.
