update admin server access... Rcon failure but he has connection to rcon

What are the steps to reproduce this issue?

1. Sourcebans 1.7 update Admin Server Access
2. Say error connecting
3. log say error connecting to rcon

What happens?

it only happens with sourcebans 1.7
it says rcon connection failed but it connects to the game servers and updates the access
db_debug also works without problem
