Hi Sir,
I have installed circlator with bioconda, but there was an error "circlator.external_progs.Error: Found canu but couldn't get version."
I asked the author of canu on GitHub: marbl/canu#1618 (comment).
Does this mean we cannot install circlator via conda？Or can you relax the detection of the canu version？
