Hi @ZorinFoss, I can't reproduce your problem (I checked at https://emojipedia.org/flags, https://emojipedia.org/flag-estonia, or https://emojipedia.org/flag-ethiopia).

Could you please be more specific? Which particular country flags are you not able to see? Also, how did you install the font?

Hi @dmlls , countries like Ecuador, Egypt doesn't exist. check this link to know the missing countries.

I still can see Ecuador and Egypt, this is a screenshot from KWrite:

Which distro are you using and which steps did you follow to install the font?

I use archlinux kde plasma 6 ttf-apple-emoji 17.4-3 aur pkg.

i try to type what you type in KWrite and nothing appear. i open emoji selector and search for Ecuador and Egypt and nothing appear also.

Interestingly, these flags not appearing in the KDE Emoji Selector seems to be a bug of the selector itself, since searching for "Ecuador" or "Egypt" retrieves no results also in my case.

As for KWrite, could you try this and see if that fixes it? https://github.com/dmlls/whatsapp-emoji-linux/blob/main/TROUBLESHOOTING.md#non-color-emojis-being-displayed-in-some-apps

Are emojis such as ⚠️😍😶😐 being displayed correctly on KWrite and Emoji Selector?

The warning ⚠️ emoji not displayed correctly on KWrite, but displayed correctly on Emoji Selector.
