Missing specific plugin from the original Launchy

I am really excited to finally see a revival of Launchy, as I still use the original 10 year old software to this date. The only issue I see is its completely missing Controly plugin. After researching it a bit, I realized the original is in c++ (compiled to dll) & this is ported over to python scripts. I'd be more than happy to help with porting this plugin over!
