Items in the library that are not exeecutables don't work (like .bat files)

I have several .bat files and files with extensions that trigger other fails (default applications) like .rdp (to launch remote desktop with specific parameters)

These need to launch a shell which will then execute the .bat script or invoke the default application for that extension.

This does not work.

Note: These extensions are included catalog search parameters so they are recognized by the catalog builder
