Inconsistent scaling with dual monitor setups

I'm using two displays with very different resolutions and so very different scaling settings (200% on the primary one, 100% on the other).

Sometimes Launchy appears with 100% scaling on the monitor where it should be at 200% scaling. Not immediately after launching, but sometime later after it's been running unused for a while.

While a workaround is to drag the Launchy window to the other monitor and back, this is a nuisance.
