Multiple instances concurrently under different profiles ( /multiple /profile missing?)

Hi! I'm trying to upgrage my old launchy installation with launchyqt and I miss this feature. LaunchyQT is even polite popping up a message stating that it's already running, but in the end this is quite frustrating.

My usage is to have two separate instances, each with a different hotkey. One running under an unprivileged user and the other running with administrator privileges. Currently, the old Launchy does this perfectly with "/multiple /profile" switches. I regret this was stripped out from code.

If the developers choose to reinstate this feature, it would be nice to make somehow if the bulk of configurations could be shared between the profiles. In reality, what I want different between them is just the hotkey and skin. Something like what keypirinha does with its keypirinha.USERNAME.ini files.
