What version of Tensorflow can I use for training? #96

I can do inference with Tensorflow 1.13 + python 3.5.2 and get reasonable output with pre-trained model. However, when I trained a model with flying chair dataset, the result didn't look good. The flow field produced by my trained model was not as good as the one by pre-trained model.

I suspect it might be due to inconsistent version of TF/python. What versions of Tensorflow and Python should I use for training?
