Assembly issues, no combined gff file

Hello,
I am trying to run the Finder With a bunch of RNA seq data. I am getting all the alignments files, however, in assembly psiclass is running into some problems as it creates empty individual gff files and no combined one. Are there any obvious solutions to this problem? Thank you very much for your help.

Thank you so much for your interest in FINDER. There have been some issues with psiclass in the past and I believe there must be something in the alignments that is tripping it up. Would it be possible to send me the error files from the psiclass step? You can email those to me at sagnikbanerjee15@gmail.com
