Hello,

Just writing to report that I'm still having trouble getting the most recent version of Finder to work as documented on an HPC cluster via singularity. The run_finder job, for me, took several hours to build the images, and then failed with:

FATAL: container creation failed: unable to add /nfs/research/marioni/claumer/Finder-finder_v1.1.0/MeioA_finder to mount list: destination must be an absolute path

The full command and stdout as reported is attached.

Regards,
Chris L

Hello @claumer,

Sorry for the late reply. Could you please provide the command you executed? Also, did you provide full paths for the files and directories?

Thank you.
