Lightbox is taking height of all the images instead of itself

So, I have been testing this plugin as a replacement for our standard newsfeed for our social media platform, and we use a typical layout like:

However, when we do this, the light gallery, while it works, takes the full size of each of the images in the slider as the HEIGHT instead of just the primary image.

The 1 in the image is the first image (a element with img under it), and it's height, the 2 is the 2nd image, the 3 is the 3rd image; and while the light box displays the actual first image as the first slide, the total height is equal to the total height of all 3 images, which it shouldn't be.

How can we fix that?
