The purpose of this fork is to add SSL (https) support for customers using Fogbugz on Demand. It forces all connections to use SSL. I also cleaned up the case titles. Fogbugz will track multiple instances of a bug if they have the same title. The original repo basically used the exception_notifier title which did not uniquely identify the case.
