docker build -t deep-dream-generator error for m1 #18

in the dockerfile, this need to be added for m1 chips:
RUN wget https://repo.anaconda.com/archive/Anaconda3-2023.03-1-MacOSX-arm64.pkg
and you need to run this in the terminal:
conda install -y conda
