cant build plugin for ARM64

Hi!

If I build a plugin, I get:

WARNING: The requested image's platform (linux/amd64) does not match the detected host platform (linux/arm64/v8) and no specific platform was requested

trying to use the plugin results:

2024-03-25 18:28:47 ERROR 2024/03/25 17:28:47 Unable to load mapper plugin /tmp/plugin/plugin.so: plugin: not implemented

I suspect the plugin is x64. how can i fix this?
