Add an option to include mongo change stream in health check #707

Sometimes monstache pause change stream for any errors or other issues.

It would be great to be able to auto restart and reconnect to mongo changes stream again. as we running it in docker or k8s.

it would be ideal if this option in health-check to make the health check fails is mongo-change stream is not connected.
