Duplicate strong symbols defined in both librumpnet (net_stub.o) and librumpnet_net #96

The following strong symbols are defined both in librumpnet (net_stub.o) and librumpnet_net:

rumpns_ifnet_mtx
rumpns_ifnet_psref_class
rumpns_ifnet_pslist
rumpns_ifnet_list

This results in a link failure when both -lrumpnet and -lrumpnet_net are used.
