Created folder named drive letter while packing contents to VPK

Describe the bug
The tool creates folder named drive letter (Which is invalid in most cases) while packing contents to VPK

Steps to reproduce
Choose a map to pack content, then add -vpk parameter
After complete packing, open the vpk, you may probably see a folder name the drive letter, include the bsp file

Expected behavior

The tool shouldn't create the folder name drive letter
