Open an repository for All Sensors App

I have develop an 'All Sensors app' based on @chadrockey Sensors and Camera applications.

I want to put it here under rosjava, and be charge of it.
Can it be done?

Since they're only a couple of minor subprojects, android_extras might be the best home for these if you're willing to maintain them. I haven't used them myself.

If they grow to be more you can move them out to another repository.

Let's wait to see if @damonkohler has any opinion.
