Allow for Romana policies to be applied to host traffic. Ingress for starters. This means that Romana can be used as a policy framework for both pods and VMs as well as the actual hardware on which it runs.

Host traffic rules may have to be applied to a either "all" (all host interfaces), specific interfaces or specific host IP addresses.

Peers should be either:

  • Set of CIDRs
  • Set of tenants in the cluster

These host policies can only be applied by an operator.
