kernel build fails with TSP enabled

I'm trying to build develop-4.4 kernel for a rk3328 chip. If I enable CONFIG_ROCKCHIP_TSP build fails on this missing file.
I really need to use TSP interface on my project.
I can't find this include file on any kernel release.
please help me!
