Implement hiding private keywords from autocomplete lists.

  • Python keywords starting with _
  • User/Compound keywords tagged as private (since Robot Framework 6.0)

This task is to fix #1228 (from 2013, better late than never ;)

Hi, thanks for taking a look at this!
I thought I'd mention that "private" user keyword tags were added in RF6.0 (Release notes).
