Describe the bug

When we have a PR with many files that needs rebasing, Reviewpad seems to run a few times and fails every time with the error:
Reviewpad failed with the error this patch has already been applied.

How to reproduce

Expected behavior

Reviewpad should not fail and execute the rebase successfully.
